ENNISMORE, launching Josephine, an elevated Mediterranean dining destination at Rixos Premium Dubai, seeks charismatic Specialty Restaurant Waiters who understand that exceptional service goes beyond taking orders and creates memorable guest connections.

You will bring the Josephine experience to life through warm hospitality, detailed menu knowledge, precise service, and teamwork with culinary, bar and host staff in a premium Dubai setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a waiter in a premium dining concept (standalone restaurant, luxury hotel, or luxury venue).
• Specialty or à la carte service experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverages and menu components.
• Mediterranean or seafood experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Upselling and guest engagement abilities.
• Exceptional grooming and presentation standards.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Prior UAE experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warm, confident, personalised service.
• Provide detailed knowledge of Josephine’s menu, ingredients, and signature dishes.
• Guide guests through the dining experience and offer tailored recommendations.
• Accurately take and communicate food and beverage orders.
• Deliver dishes with professional service and correct sequence.
• Anticipate needs and maintain spotless tables and stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and host teams for smooth service.
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and discreet follow-up.
