Rixos Premium Dubai is launching Josephine, an elevated Mediterranean dining destination. We seek charismatic Specialty Restaurant Waiters who bring warm hospitality, menu knowledge and attentive service to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a premium standalone restaurant, luxury hotel, beach club, or internationally recognised dining concept.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge and ability to explain dishes clearly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests with warm, confident, personalised service.
• Provide detailed knowledge of Josephine's menu, ingredients, preparation styles and signature dishes.
• Guide guests through the dining experience and offer recommendations.
• Accurately take and communicate food and beverage orders.
• Deliver food and beverages professionally while following the sequence of service.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain tables throughout the experience.
• Recommend additional dishes and beverages while maintaining guest focus.
• Understand dietary requirements and communicate modifications to the kitchen.
• Work closely with culinary, bar, hostess and service teams for coordinated service.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and elevate concerns when required.
• Maintain grooming, cleanliness and restaurant presentation to the highest standards.
• Support opening and closing procedures and prep service stations.
• Build relationships with returning guests and foster a loyal Josephine clientele.
