ENNISMORE, launching Josephine, an elevated Mediterranean dining destination at Rixos Premium Dubai, seeks charismatic Specialty Restaurant Waiters who understand that exceptional service goes beyond taking orders and creates memorable guest connections.

You will bring the Josephine experience to life through warm hospitality, detailed menu knowledge, precise service, and teamwork with culinary, bar and host staff in a premium Dubai setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a waiter in a premium dining concept (standalone restaurant, luxury hotel, or luxury venue).
• Specialty or à la carte service experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverages and menu components.
• Mediterranean or seafood experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Upselling and guest engagement abilities.
• Exceptional grooming and presentation standards.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Prior UAE experience is desirable.

What You ll Do

Welcome and engage guests with warm confident and personalised service Provide detailed knowledge of Josephine s menu ingredients preparation styles and signature dishes Guide guests through the dining experience and provide recommendations based on their preferences Accurately take and communicate food and beverage orders Deliver food and beverages professionally while following Josephine s sequence of service Anticipate guest needs and ensure tables are consistently maintained throughout the experience Confidently recommend additional dishes and beverages while maintaining a natural guest-focused approach Understand dietary requirements allergens and menu modifications and communicate them accurately to the kitchen Work closely with culinary bar hostess and service teams to deliver smooth and coordinated operations Handle guest feedback professionally and upscale concerns when required Maintain the highest standards of grooming cleanliness and restaurant presentation Support opening and closing procedures and ensure service stations are fully prepared Build relationships with returning guests and contribute to creating a loyal Josephine clientele Naturally warm, confident and engaging with guests.Passionate about food, hospitality and premium restaurant service.Comfortable explaining dishes and making personalised recommendations.Attentive without being intrusive and able to anticipate guest needs.Energetic and composed in a busy restaurant environment.Detail-oriented with strong service discipline.A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.Someone who understands that memorable hospitality comes from genuine human connection.

• Previous experience as a Waiter in a premium standalone restaurant, luxury hotel, beach club or internationally recognised lifestyle dining concept.
• Specialty or la carte restaurant experience is essential.
