Michael Page is seeking a senior retail leader to launch and operate a premium lifestyle brand in the UAE. You will own the retail strategy, drive commercial performance, and lead multi-site operations as the business builds its UAE network.
The role requires hands-on leadership, a track record in luxury or design-led retail, and experience with new store openings in the UAE or GCC region, building high-performing teams across stores.
Qualifications
- Senior retail leader with luxury brand experience.
- Proven multi-site operations and store openings in UAE/GCC.
- Experience in premium home/interiors/lifestyle retail.
- Hands-on operator capable of building a new retail business.
Responsibilities
- Lead launch and ongoing operation of the brand across the UAE.
- Own retail strategy, commercial performance, and store network operations.
- Lead new store openings from pre-opening planning through to launch.
- Build the retail organisation with Store Managers and frontline teams.
- Drive sales, conversion, productivity, service standards and customer experience.
- Establish operating procedures, performance standards and consistent ways of working.
- Partner with senior leadership on site strategy, future openings and wider Middle East expansion.
- Create a high-touch, design-led retail experience aligned with the brand's international positioning.
- Develop strong store leadership teams capable of supporting future scale.
