Job Summary

The Bartender is responsible for creating engaging and memorable beverage experiences through knowledgeable, personalized, and efficient service. The role combines beverage craftsmanship, guest engagement, and operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and responsible service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistently in accordance with recipes, presentation standards, and guest preferences.
• Engage with guests, understand their preferences, and provide knowledgeable beverage recommendations.
• Maintain strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, ingredients, and current beverage trends.
• Ensure the bar is fully prepared, stocked, clean, and organized throughout the operation.
• Process orders, bills, and payments accurately while following established cash-handling procedures.
• Monitor beverage stock, minimize wastage, and support inventory and stock rotation procedures.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage and Culinary teams to ensure seamless and timely service.
• Follow responsible alcohol service, food safety, hygiene, and health and safety requirements at all times.
