Job summary

Alpha Art in Dubai is seeking a reliable Warehouseman to support order assembly, inventory and shipping operations. The role requires physical stamina, keen attention to detail and commitment to quality to ensure corporate gifts meet branding standards.

You will receive, store, and prepare merchandise, conduct stock counts, verify deliveries, and help maintain a safe, clean warehouse environment in line with Health & Safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Order Assembly: kitting
• Quality Control: Inspect all goods for defects, damages, or branding inconsistencies prior to releasing.
• Stock Management: Receive, unload, and organize incoming merchandise.
• Stock Control: Maintain accurate stock levels in the Warehouse databases.
• Audits: Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to management.
• Receiving: Verify delivery to ensure accuracy of bulk corporate goods.
• Outbound Logistics: Pack, label, and prepare orders for local, regional, or international shipping.
• Safety: Adhere strictly to Health & Safety guidelines.
• Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse, packing stations, and storage areas clean, organized, and free of clutter.
