Flip retail is seeking a Tile Setter / Mason in Sharjah. The role involves cutting and fitting floor tiles, forming beds, aligning patterns, and working with granite/marble with precision.

Prepare surfaces, ensure waterproofing, and lay mosaic layouts in kitchens and bathrooms. Requires 2 years' tiling experience, readiness for on-the-job training, and safety-conscious workmanship. Salary starts from AED 2,000 monthly with visa and insurance provided.

Qualifications

• Experience tiling tiles in the UAE/GCC or Philippines.
• Willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
• Ability to lift heavy items and operate tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate measurements.
• Commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Cut floor tiles and form around obstacles and tight spaces.
• Lay floor beds using concrete, plaster, cement, or mortar with screeds, brushes, trowels.
• Align tiles with straightedges and squares for precise patterns.
• Cut, install, and finish granite and marble with precision.
• Prepare surfaces with waterproofing products and proper levelling.
• Create wall and floor layouts with mosaic tiles in kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces.
• Secure tiles carefully to the base, avoiding damage.
• Follow plans, measure surfaces, and report to Site Task Supervisor/Proprietor.
