Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical or related technical discipline with 3+ years of tiling or maintenance experience.
• Proficient in tile installation, substrate preparation, adhesive application and finishing techniques.
• Ability to work independently in hotel environments while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install ceramic, porcelain and other tile finishes on floors, walls, countertops and hotel surfaces.
• Prepare substrates, measure areas, and lay out tiles accurately.
• Mix and apply adhesives, mortar and grout to product specifications.
• Maintain consistent spacing, alignment and finishing across tiled surfaces.
• Inspect and repair damaged tiles and reseal or refinish surfaces as needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to support hotel openings or renovations.
