Radius Interior Design in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Tailor to join our team. The candidate will measure, cut, sew, and prepare fabrics across luxury and decorative materials, ensuring precision and high-quality finishes.

You will work on upholstery, curtains, wallcoverings, and other interior applications, following exact patterns and instructions. The role requires experience with various fabrics, industrial sewing machines, and a meticulous eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Tagalog and English.
• Previous tailoring experience as tailor/seamstress/fabric cutter.
• Excellent measuring, cutting and sewing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Experience with different fabrics and textures.
• Able to operate industrial sewing machines and cutting tools.
• Good understanding of fabric handling and finishing techniques.
• Patient and careful with premium materials.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Experience in upholstery, curtains or interior decoration is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Measure, cut, sew, and prepare fabrics according to required specifications.
• Work with different fabrics including luxury materials.
• Perform accurate cutting and stitching for clean finishes.
• Prepare fabrics for upholstery, wallcoverings, curtains, and other interior applications.
• Follow measurements and instructions carefully.
• Inspect fabrics for defects before cutting.
• Ensure straight, precise edges when cutting materials.
• Operate and maintain sewing machines and equipment.
• Perform alterations and finishing work as required.
• Assist with fabric preparation, folding, packing and organizing.
• Minimize fabric waste through accurate measuring and cutting.
• Maintain a clean and organized working area.
• Handle delicate materials carefully to prevent damage.
• Support the team with other fabric-related tasks.
