Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks an experienced Structural Fitter to interpret blueprints, cut and fit metal sections, and weld components with precision. You will perform rigorous quality checks to ensure accurate, safe assemblies in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus vocational training in structural fitting and AWS/ASME welding certification, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Holds a relevant vocational qualification or apprenticeship in structural fitting.
• Certified in relevant welding processes (e.g., AWS, ASME).
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in structural fitting.

Responsibilities

• Precisely interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to fabricate and assemble structural components.
• Cut, shape, and fit metal sections using hand and power tools with dimensional accuracy.
• Align, fit, and weld structural parts ensuring integrity of final assembly.
• Conduct quality inspections and rectify defects to meet standards.
