Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a Feedstock Crane Operator (Steel Industry) in Abu Dhabi. Responsible for overhead and remote crane operations, lifting, moving, and positioning loads while ensuring loads are securely attached and within limits. A valid crane driver's license is required.

Minimum 5 years of field experience and a Technical Diploma are essential. You will inspect cranes daily, coordinate with supervisors, and support QC during inspections, with emphasis on safety and precise handling.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in same field.
• Valid crane driver's license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Operate overhead and remote cranes to lift, move and position loads.
• Ensure loads are safely attached and within lifting limits.
• Inspect cranes daily for safety issues and report faults.
• Coordinate with Feed stock controller / Supervisor on issues.
• Work with QC departments for bar positioning and inspection.
• Handle skips and materials, set up blades/tools as required.
• Maintain safety standards and precise material handling.
