Job summary

Emirates Steel Arkan Careers in Abu Dhabi's Musaffah industrial area is seeking skilled Overhead Crane Operators to safely lift, transport, and position heavy steel products inside its large manufacturing plant. You will climb ladders to the operating cabin, control hooks and magnetic plates, and monitor to prevent hazards.

Qualifications

• Height tolerance: candidate must be comfortable spending the entire shift isolated high above the factory floor.
• Precision focus: extreme attention required when moving thousands of kilograms of hot metal.
• Certification: a valid UAE heavy equipment license for gantry/overhead cranes is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Climb ladders to reach the operating cabin near the factory roof.
• Control heavy hooks and magnetic plates to pick up steel bundles.
• Monitor ground area to ensure no one walks under suspended loads.
• Report any noises or broken cables to maintenance before lifts.
