Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in same field.
• Crane driver's license is required.
• Must operate cranes safely and follow written, verbal, or signal instructions.
• Capable of lifting, positioning and placing machinery or large objects.

Responsibilities

• Operate the crane under supervision and handle beam blanks in yard; lift and stack materials.
• Regulate crane and hoist speed/direction per instructions.
• Inspect crane for safety issues daily and report malfunctions.
• Coordinate with Feed stock controller/Supervisor.
• Work with QC for inspection of position bars; manage skips and cobbles as needed.
• Maintain safety and precision in all crane operations.
