Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience in manufacturing and production processes and techniques.
• Knowledge of ISO quality standards and quality systems.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate precision machining equipment including lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and grinders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to determine machining requirements.
• Perform precise measurements and quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Cut, shape, and fabricate parts to meet specifications and tolerances.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery for safe operation.
• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues and enhance processes.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.
