Precious Metals Sales Supervisor - Gold & Silver

• Warmly welcome and greet customers upon arrival at the store.
• Assist customers in making decisions that suit their preferences and budget.
• Provide product information, answer queries, and ensure customers have a pleasant investing experience.

Store Presentation:

• Ensure the store is always well-organized, clean, and presentable to reflect the brand’s premium image.
• Maintain product displays and showcase attractively.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally across WhatsApp, phone calls, messages, and other communication platforms.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
• Share relevant feedback and insights with management to enhance sales strategies.

Sales Target Achievement:

• Work towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.
• Maintain records of daily sales and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure seamless customer service.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss sales performance and strategies.

Work Timings:

• Regular Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM
• Holiday: Sunday (Full Day)
• Break Time: 2 hours lunch break (timing as per shift schedule)
• Work Location: Candidate will be assigned to either Deira Gold Souq branch or Meena Bazar, Bur Dubai branch.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in Gold or Silver retail sales within GCC region (Mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages such as Arabic, or Urdu will be an advantage)
• Strong customer service skills with a sales-driven mindset
• Proficiency in using WhatsApp, messaging apps, and handling phone inquiries
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
