Knowledge and Experience
- Extensive experience in a precious metals role
- Passing relevant FCA exams if required by management
- Knowledge of hedging as applied and required by a precious metals business
- Established relationships with relevant market players, including customers and suppliers
- Knowledge of key markets in the region, products, and prevailing prices
- Strong communication skills (written and oral) in English & Russian (Essential)
- Keen to generate new business ideas
- Effective planning, organization, and time management skills
- Commercial awareness
