We are seeking a talented Pre-Sales Technical Manager in our Mobile eXperience B2B Team to bridge the gap between client requirements and the technical capabilities of Samsung’s mobile-enterprise solutions. The role focuses on enabling the sales team and sales account managers by understanding client needs, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful deal closure in both public and private sectors.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME): Collaborate with sales account managers to understand client requirements, identify technical gaps, and ensure all requirements are met according to product and company policies. Stay informed on competitive analyses and differentiators.
  • Solution Development: Design and propose mobile-enterprise solutions that meet client specifications and business objectives, understanding the underlying business and technical problems.
  • Proposal Support: Assist in creating detailed technical proposals, including implementation plans and cost estimates, and respond professionally to RFPs.
  • Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings to present solutions, address concerns, and build trust. Maintain key client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Serve as Project Manager for major deployments, providing status updates and ensuring project goals are met.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams (sales, product planning, research, KNOX services, Technical Support) to ensure feasible solutions aligned with organizational capabilities. Engage with HQ teams to ensure solution competitiveness.
  • Post-Sale Support: Provide technical guidance during implementation, train partners and customers, and support successful deployment.

What You’ll Need

  • 8-11 years of experience in pre-sales or technical consulting, focusing on enterprise platforms and mobile-enterprise solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience with public and private sector clients, understanding their unique technical needs.
  • Deep knowledge of mobile-enterprise technologies and integrations, including EMM/MDM solutions from VMware, Microsoft, Jamf, Citrix, etc.
  • Strong skills in technical documentation, architecture design, and solution proposals.
  • Proven ability to develop and present technical solutions in complex sales environments.
  • Arabic language skills are preferred.
