Job description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a Leading provider of data center infrastructure services in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The client is actively seeking a highly motivated and experiencedPresales Solution Expert whowill play a pivotal role in preparing and gaining approval for presale solutions within the department.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and present presale solutions, including technical proposals and cost estimates for turnkey data center projects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and site visits.
  • Assist in product selection for projects, particularly UPS, CCU, racks, and PDUs.
  • Coordinate with OEMs for the implementation of Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) solutions.
  • Ensure detailed project costing and gain approval from sales.
  • Act as the point of contact for order approvals in the internal system.
  • Understand client requirements to develop suitable solutions and build strong client relationships.
  • Provide retrofit solutions for existing data centers.
  • Liaise with OEMs for solution coordination and costing.
  • Provide weekly project updates and coordinate with the operations team for project execution.
  • Facilitate sales team in milestone payment processes.
  • Negotiate win-win deals and maintain profitability index according to management guidelines.
  • Maintain professional email communication to record discussions.
  • Serve as the interface between clients, operations, finance, and sales teams.
  • Emphasize value selling over product selling.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English
  • Strong presentation, persuasion, and rapport-building skills
  • Product knowledge of UPS, CCU, and data center design
  • Proficient in meeting etiquette, negotiation, listening, and questioning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and internet usage for data research
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles
  • Certifications Required : Data Center Certification – ADT, TIA 942, or equivalent
