Job Title: PreSales Engineer

We are seeking an experienced PreSales Engineer for our Production Print Solutions division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and understanding finishing machines such as Intec Rowe and other industry-standard equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical advice to potential customers on post-printing finishing machines such as cutting, binding, and packaging machines.
2. Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions that meet those needs.
3. Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
4. Guide customers in selecting the appropriate machines for their production needs.
5. Provide initial technical support to customers after the sale.
6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
7. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications:

• A degree in mechanical engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.

Skills & Professional Requirements:

• Comprehensive technical knowledge of post-printing finishing machines like INTEC and other finishing machines.
• Ability to provide initial technical support and resolve simple machine-related issues.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in technical sales or pre-sales.
