Job Title: Pre-Sales Engineer - Production Print Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer for our Production Print Solutions division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and understanding finishing machines such as Intec, Rowe, and other industry-standard equipment.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical advice to potential customers on post-printing finishing machines such as cutting, binding, and packaging machines.
2. Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions that meet those needs.
3. Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
4. Guide customers in selecting the appropriate machines for their production needs.
5. Provide initial technical support to customers after the sale.
6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
7. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• A degree in mechanical engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
