Job Description
  • 5+ years experience in Business Development/Sales focusing on SMB and Enterprise clients within Education and Corporate training sectors.
  • Provide technical pre-sales assistance and conduct client technical requirement analyses.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and tender documentation.
  • Lead technical components of client proof-of-concepts (POCs), including demos, configurations, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with the customer relations team for post-sales transitions and product deployment.
  • Work with sales teams on strategies and product positioning.
  • Support marketing with product collateral and market analysis.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to Education and Corporate training.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and activity tracking in CRM.
  • Manage client interactions across the Middle East and Africa region.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Education Technology, or Business.
