Job summary

OutSystems is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect / Technical Pre-Sales expert to lead architectural blueprints for enterprise OutSystems apps and multi-agent AI ecosystems. You will own technical delivery on billable engagements and drive pre-sales activities with rigorous architecture reviews and PoCs.

The role requires deep knowledge of OutSystems, AI orchestration, and Agile delivery, with certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Enterprise Solution Architecture, pre-sales, or technical delivery in IT services.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• OutSystems Architecture/Expert Developer Certification required; Agentic AI Certification valued.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales: translate customer discovery into SOWs, technical roadmaps, PoCs and demos.
• Delivery: lead architectural blueprinting for enterprise OutSystems apps and AI ecosystems.
• Delivery excellence: conduct architecture reviews, ensure security, performance and scale.
• Agentic AI: orchestrate LLM/RAG workflows, HITL, and data-privacy guardrails on projects.
• Standardization: create reusable playbooks and patterns from active engagements.

Pre-Sales Solution Architecture amp EnablementTechnical Blueprinting amp Scoping Partner closely with Sales and Solution Delivery Managers SDMs to translate customer business discovery into accurate multi-phased Statements of Work SOWs and technical roadmaps Proof of Concepts PoCs amp Validation Design and execute targeted technical demonstrations architectural spikes and interactive PoCs to prove solution feasibility particularly around Agentic AI integrations and complex platform setups AI-Readiness Assessments Conduct deep-dive technical audits of client environments to assess integration paths data readiness and necessary guardrails for non-deterministic AI workflows Technical Pitching amp Advisory Serve as the trusted technical authority during sales cycles instilling confidence in client Enterprise Architects CTOs and technical decision-makers regarding our architectural patterns and delivery capabilities 2 Professional Services Delivery ArchitectArchitectural Ownership Act as the Lead Architect on billable customer engagements owning the technical blueprint for enterprise-grade OutSystems applications and multi-agent AI ecosystems Delivery Excellence amp Quality Perform code and architecture reviews oversee integration quality and ensure delivery teams adhere to high standards of enterprise performance security and scalability Agentic AI Implementation Direct the practical implementation of LLM orchestration Retrieval-Augmented Generation RAG and Human-in-the-Loop HITL workflows on live customer projects Standardization amp Playbooks Package learnings custom connectors and architectural patterns from active projects into reusable delivery playbooks to continuously elevate delivery speed and quality across EMEA
