Overview of the role:
  • Achieve business targets of Sales Volume, Throughput, Outstanding & Stock as per norms of AV products and solutions.
  • Control of outstanding payments.
  • Develop business by maintaining relationships with System Integrators, Architects, AV Consultants, and Project Management Consultants.
  • Coordinate with various teams such as Design and Marketing for pre-sales activities.
  • Identify and develop new accounts and key accounts to improve value share and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Identify various verticals/applications and develop customers for these segments.
  • Sell reputed brand Projectors, ProAV, LED/LCD displays, and other visual solutions to project customers through System Integrators.
  • Coordinate the requirements, integration, and installation of A/V control systems & programs.
  • Develop new business, marketing, technical sales presentations, and client relations for strategic and large accounts across industries, providing end-to-end visual solutions including hardware and software components.
  • Identify latest project and market information through industry sources and regular customer visits.
What you will do:

Description of Accountability:

  • Achieve business targets of Sales Volume, Throughput, Outstanding & Stock as per norms of AV products and solutions.
  • Direct sales to projects, B2B customers, System Integrators, and other verticals.
  • Increase visibility in the allocated territory, projects, and with consultants and System Integrators.
  • Enhance skills to sell visual display products and solutions effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed budgeted sales and margin while developing new and existing customer bases within the assigned geography/accounts.
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Meet the KPIs as applicable from time to time.
Required Skills to be successful:
  • Experience in selling reputed brand Projectors, ProAV, LED/LCD displays, and other visual solutions to project customers through System Integrators.
  • High levels of professional written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with officials at all levels.
  • Stay updated on technological changes in the industry.
  • Develop new business, marketing, technical sales presentations, and client relations for strategic and large accounts, providing end-to-end visual solutions including hardware and software components.
  • Identify latest project and market information through industry sources and regular customer visits.
What equips you for the role:
  • At least 4 years of experience in key accounts or corporate sales.
  • Additional 4-5 years of qualifying experience in a similar role may substitute for formal education.
  • Experience in the same industry, preferably in Projectors, ProAV, LED/LCD display, and visual solutions industries, with expertise in solutions selling, handling large accounts, and B2B sales.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
