Job summary

Egis Group is seeking a UAE National Pre Graduate Architect Engineer for our project site in Dubai. The role focuses on managing and controlling architectural and engineering documents to ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and professional practices.

You will coordinate with Project Managers and design teams, implement document management protocols, and maintain comprehensive registers of drawings, transmittals, and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• UAE National Passport is required with Family Book.
• Proficiency in document management systems and MS Office.
• Experience with Aconex/Prolog or equivalent platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Managers and design teams to implement document management protocols.
• Support QA procedures and ISO requirements for architectural/engineering documentation.
• Archive and maintain digital and physical project records, drawings, libraries, and directories.
• Manage transmittals, submittals, NCRs, RFIs, and regulatory paperwork to meet timelines.

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented UAE National Pre Graduate Architect Engineer to join our team at our project site in Dubai United Arab Emirates. In this role you will play a crucial part in managing and controlling all project-related architectural and engineering documents ensuring compliance with company standards regulatory requirements and professional engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

Co-ordinate with Project Managers and design teams to ensure correct document and drawing management protocols are implemented in accordance with architectural and engineering standards Implement quality assurance procedures and ISO certification requirements specific to architectural and engineering documentation Manage archive and maintain organised digital and physical project records including drawing sets technical libraries and project directories Arrange printing and distribution of technical drawings design documents and project deliverables to contractors local authorities and relevant stakeholders Log record and maintain comprehensive registers of all incoming and outgoing transmittals submittals technical reports drawings and engineering documents including Non-Conformance Reports NCR and Requests for Information RFI monitoring response times to ensure compliance with contractual timelines Maintain proficiency in document control software including Aconex Prolog or equivalent systems and manage FTP sites and digital platforms for project documents

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field UAE National Passport is required with Family Book Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Demonstrated expertise in document control software such as Aconex, Prolog, or equivalent platforms Strong knowledge of architectural and engineering filing, archiving, and records management systems Excellent data entry and record-keeping skills with meticulous attention to detail Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities in English
