Practice Manager – Clinical Operations Leader in Fertility Care

Location: Dubai, UAE

Industry: Reproductive Medicine / Healthcare Operations

Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 30,000 – 42,000/month (Based on clinical and management experience and familiarity with fertility protocols)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Practice Manager who excels in clinical care and operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to improve fertility care in a state-of-the-art setting, collaborating with top specialists to optimize patient pathways and outcomes.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Design and manage fertility treatment workflows prioritizing patient care.
  2. Lead quality assurance and clinical governance across services.
  3. Coordinate between clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless operations.
  4. Implement performance improvement initiatives to enhance care quality and efficiency.
  5. Oversee staff development, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
  6. Ensure compliance and prepare the clinic for international accreditations such as JCI and HFEA.
Qualifications:
  • Clinical qualification (e.g., nurse, embryologist, allied health) with healthcare management expertise.
  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing Leadership, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of healthcare operations experience, including reproductive medicine or IVF.
  • Deep understanding of fertility protocols and laboratory procedures.
  • Experience leading quality improvement projects supported by clinical data.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
