Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an annual PR and communications plan aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Identify and segment target audiences—media, investors, regulators, partners—and tailor messaging accordingly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regional and international media covering Web3, fintech, blockchain, and AI.
  • Draft and distribute press materials: press releases, op‑eds, media kits, statements.
  • Coordinate media engagement, including interviews, press briefings, and event presence.
  • Produce PR content across channels: company blog, newsletters, social media, website.
  • Work with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Plan and execute social media posts to generate maximum visibility.
  • Interact with followers on social channels.
  • Plan and manage press participation at major events
  • Draft speaker talking points and support spokesperson pitch prep.
  • Monitor event coverage and assess PR output performance..
  • Track earned media, sentiment, reach, share of voice, and trends.
  • Prepare regular PR reports and provide strategic insights to senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate reputation risks.
  • Prepare reactive content (e.g., Q&As, statements) and assist with crisis communications.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in PR/communications/social media — preferably in technology or free‑zone environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English; Arabic fluency or other languages a bonus.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing PR and social media campaigns.
