Job summary

Al Salah Holding is seeking a seasoned PR professional to develop and execute cross-brand communications in the UAE. You will build media relationships, secure coverage, and manage corporate messaging for the Group and its hospitality brands.

You will coordinate interviews, events and launches, monitor coverage, report results, and advise senior leadership on reputation and opportunities. Fluency in English and strong writing are essential for engaging media and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 6+ years of PR/communications experience.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE media landscape.
• Established relationships with media, journalists, and relevant industry platforms.
• Experience in tourism, hospitality, travel, restaurants, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills.
• Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Presentable, proactive, creative, and confident when dealing with media and senior management.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, PR activities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR activities across the Group and its different brands.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, publications, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
• Secure relevant media coverage, interviews, features, and brand exposure.
• Prepare press releases, media statements, corporate announcements, and PR content.
• Coordinate media interviews, press visits, events, launches, and photoshoots.
• Identify PR opportunities for new destinations, business launches, hospitality concepts, restaurants, achievements, and company milestones.
• Support the visibility and positioning of the Group and its senior leadership.
• Work closely with Marketing, Social Media, Business Development, and Management to ensure consistent brand communication.
• Monitor media coverage and manage the Group’s public image and reputation.
• Identify relevant awards, events, partnerships, and industry opportunities to increase Group visibility.
• Maintain an updated database of media contacts and PR partners.
• Prepare regular reports on media coverage, PR activities, and results.
