PR Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected PR Manager to lead our public relations efforts across the UAE and wider region. The role involves crafting compelling brand narratives, managing media relations, and driving positive visibility through strategic communications, events, and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement integrated PR strategies aligned with brand and business goals
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders
3. Draft press releases, speeches, statements, and briefing materials for media and leadership
4. Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, providing timely insights and recommendations
5. Manage PR campaigns, events, and sponsorships that enhance brand reputation
6. Oversee crisis communication plans and handle sensitive media inquiries with discretion
7. Collaborate with marketing, digital, and leadership teams to ensure message consistency
8. Secure high-impact media placements across print, online, and broadcast channels
9. Manage PR budgets, vendor relationships, and reporting
10. Track campaign performance and provide analysis of KPIs including reach, sentiment, and engagement

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
2. 5-7 years of experience in public relations, with proven experience managing high-profile PR initiatives
3. Strong network of UAE and GCC media contacts (print, digital, broadcast)
4. Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
5. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities
6. Experience with media monitoring tools and PR measurement platforms
7. Ability to manage crisis communications and reputation-sensitive matters
8. Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
9. Previous experience in luxury, hospitality, government, or corporate PR is preferred
10. UAE-based or willing to relocate with valid work eligibility
