Overview

PR & Communications Manager (Earned Media & Influencer Marketing)

We are seeking an experienced PR & Communications Manager (Earned Media & Influencer Marketing) to join our team and shape the voice of some of the world’s most iconic beauty brands.

Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the regional Earned Media strategy, ensuring consistent alignment with brand priorities and business objectives
  • Lead the development and execution of holistic influencer campaigns - online & offline
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with media, influencers and brand partners
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Online, Digital and Creative teams to co-create impactful campaigns and content
  • Drive creative storytelling that inspires confidence and brand advocacy
  • Plan, coordinate and execute memorable events & CSR initiatives across the region
  • Monitor, analyze and optimize earned media performance to maximize impact
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of communications, influencer marketing & PR communities
  • Experience with social platforms and tools (IG, YT, FB, TikTok, etc.)
  • Expertise with analytics & social listening tools (Sprout, Tribe, Tik Tok Market place)
