With a strong regional presence, we organize some of the most successful and recognized B2B exhibitions and conferences across the Middle East, including Automechanika Dubai, Beautyworld Middle East, Intersec, and Light + Intelligent Building Middle East. Our events connect global businesses, foster industry innovation, and serve as vital platforms for networking, trade, and knowledge exchange across a range of dynamic sectors.

We're looking for a PR & Communications Executive to support our growing portfolio of B2B exhibitions and conferences. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive communicator with a passion for storytelling and media relations to play a vital role in amplifying our brand voice and industry influence.

Reporting to the Head of PR & Communications, you will assist in delivering our communications strategy across all exhibitions and conferences. From managing press materials and coordinating with media partners to supporting onsite press operations and contributing to our digital presence, your impact will be felt across every touchpoint of our PR efforts.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Create and manage press materials such as fact files, company profiles, and exhibitor spotlights.
  • Coordinate with our external PR agency to ensure timely content sharing and approvals.
  • Conduct exhibitor outreach to gather quotes, survey feedback, and insights for PR storytelling.
  • Maintain and update media contact lists, and handle media registrations.
  • Manage and support the onsite media centre and Digital Press Box during exhibitions.
  • Update press sections on event websites and oversee press release uploads and distributions.
  • Support social media activities including press content distribution, news sharing, and community management.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to plan and implement monthly content calendars and provide onsite support during events.
  • Assist with budget and procurement processes within the communications team.
  • Handle administrative duties such as form submissions and documentation for communications projects.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a PR or marketing communications role.
  • Solid exposure to media relations, PR campaign execution, and internal team support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms; advanced Excel is a plus.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and a team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.
  • Experience in exhibitions or the events industry and working in the Middle East is a bonus.
