Responsibilities:

1. Cleaning the windows of any dirt and debris
2. Applying smoothening agents to prepare the windows for work
3. Understanding the vehicle window specifications and customer requirements before beginning the tinting procedure
4. Stripping old window tint and applying primer before fitting the new one
5. Using different tint cutting techniques
6. Installing window tints using appropriate tools like a heat gun, soft squeegee, and spray bottle
7. Reviewing and providing the customer with an approximate quote and completion timeline
8. Maintaining a clean work station during and after the window tinting procedure
9. Explaining and recommending various window tints to the company
10. Taking accurate measurements of the window and glass size
11. Collaborating with dealership automobiles in sourcing quality products
12. Staying up to date with the latest additions to window tints
13. Communicating effectively with team members and the Manager
14. Providing training to team members
15. Coordinating and managing the Film department
16. Adhering to company policies and safety guidelines
17. Having experience in measuring and preparing window film applications
18. Having experience in applying sun control, safety, and decorative window films
19. Having experience in applying cut vinyl and printing graphics
20. Introducing new products to the company
21. Ensuring customer satisfaction
