JOB Description
  • Perform welding on PP (Polypropylene) and PVC welding materials using heat fusion, welding, electrofusion, or extrusion welding techniques.
  • Fabricate and assemble components based on technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to cut, shape, and form PP materials.
  • Assemble welded parts and perform quality checks to ensure they meet specified standards and tolerances.
Material Handling
  • Ensure that PP materials are handled, stored, and prepared according to safety and quality standards.
Quality Control
  • Inspect and test welded joints to ensure they meet internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot welding issues, such as weak joints or defects, and take corrective actions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Safety And Compliance
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols related to welding, handling hazardous materials, and working with heavy machinery.
  • Ensure all work complies with environmental, health, and safety guidelines.
Collaboration And Communication
  • Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure welding and fabrication tasks are completed according to schedule and specifications.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improvements in welding and fabrication processes.
Qualifications

Education:

Experience
