Power Supply Engineer

A Power Supply Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining power supply systems for various electronic devices and equipment. This role involves analyzing power requirements, selecting suitable components, and ensuring efficient power distribution. The Power Supply Engineer will work closely with other engineering teams to integrate power supply systems into overall product designs, troubleshoot problems, and optimize system performance.

1. Analyze power requirements for electronic devices and systems.
2. Design and develop efficient power supply systems.
3. Select appropriate components such as transformers, rectifiers, and regulators.
4. Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate power supply systems into products.
5. Conduct testing and troubleshooting of power supply systems.
6. Optimize power distribution for maximum efficiency and performance.
7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
8. Document designs, specifications, and test results.
9. Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams.
10. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in power supply engineering.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Previous experience in designing power supply systems preferred.
• Proficiency in simulation and design software such as SPICE or PSpice.
• Strong knowledge of power electronics and circuit analysis.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
