We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer with expertise in building low-code/no-code business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 integrations, SQL (Cloud & On-Prem), SharePoint, and Power Platform governance practices. The role involves full-cycle development—from requirements gathering and design to deployment and support—delivering digital solutions that enhance business efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Automate workflows and business processes with Power Automate (Cloud flows, Scheduled flows, and Desktop flows).
- Create and maintain complex SQL integrations (queries, stored procedures) for both cloud and on-premise environments.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into functional and technical designs.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Dataverse, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other M365 tools.
- Develop and manage custom connectors to integrate with third-party APIs and external data sources.
- Ensure solutions follow best practices for security, governance, ALM, and compliance.
- Document solution architecture, technical configurations, and development processes.
- Provide end-user training and support documentation for deployed apps and flows.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to app performance, connectivity, and flow execution.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance existing solutions and drive new innovation.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in:

- Deep knowledge of Dataverse, Power Platform connectors, and custom APIs.
- Familiarity with scripting and tools:
- PowerShell
- JSON
- OData
- REST APIs / Graph APIs
- Understanding of SharePoint Online, SPFx, and governance models.
- Ability to build and debug Power Fx, flow expressions, and conditional logic.
- Experience managing role-based security, DLP policies, and environment strategy.
- Familiarity with ALM in Power Platform using solutions, pipelines, and environments.
- Hands-on experience with developing .NET plugins and integrating with Model-driven apps.
Good to Have:
- Experience using Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).
- Exposure to building web solutions with Power Pages.
- Microsoft Certifications such as PL-100, PL-400, PL-600.
- Background in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) with tools like Azure DevOps.
