Job summary

Techmantra Gulf DMCC in Dubai seeks a Power Platform Administrator to govern a large enterprise estate including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and related services. You will manage environment lifecycle, licensing, security policies, and platform operations for thousands of users and automated workflows.

The role requires hands-on governance, integration with Azure and SharePoint Online, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure stability, security and platform adoption.

• Require a Power Platform Administrator to manage and govern the enterprise Power Platform estate including Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse Power Pages and supporting platform services The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience with Power Platform administration environment strategy tenant governance licensing management security configuration Data Loss Prevention DLP policies CoE toolkit monitoring troubleshooting and platform operations


• The role requires experience supporting large‑scale enterprise deployments including environment lifecycle management solution deployment application support platform security reviews access management compliance controls capacity and licence monitoring and integration with Azure services The candidate should be capable of driving governance standards leading platform administration activities supporting citizen and professional developers coordinating with Microsoft and business stakeholders and ensuring platform stability security and adoption Experience operating and governing a large Power Platform estate with thousands of users applications and automated workflows is essential


• SharePoint Online & M365:Strong experience with SharePoint Online (Cloud) for content management, collaboration, and business solutionsExperience building modern SharePoint solutions using:o SPFx (SharePoint Framework)o React and TypeScript for custom web parts and extensionsExperience integrating SharePoint with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Graph APIsUnderstanding of SharePoint security, permissions, site architecture, and information lifecycle management


• Azure AI & Intelligent Automation:Hands on experience with Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI services, including:o AI powered document processing, classification, or extractiono Integration of AI capabilities into Power Apps and Power AutomateExperience using AI Builder and/or Azure AI services for intelligent automation use cases (e.g., document processing, forms, approvals)Understanding of responsible AI, security, and data privacy considerations


• Frontend Development (React):Strong experience with React for building modern, responsive user interfacesProficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, component based architecture, and state managementExperience integrating React applications with SharePoint, Power Platform, or Azure hosted APIsFamiliarity with UI performance optimization and accessibility standards


• Integration & Data:Experience integrating Power Platform and SharePoint with Azure services, REST APIs, and enterprise systemsStrong understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and data integration patternsAbility to design scalable, secure data models and integration flows
