Job summary

A prominent systems company is looking for a Power BI Customer Service representative for its UAE operations. The successful candidate will analyze department requirements, prepare trend analysis reports, and assist in creating reports and dashboards. Candidates must be experts in Microsoft 365 and possess strong communication skills. The ability to work under pressure is essential. Joining time frame is 2 weeks, and the maximum is 1 month.

We are currently looking Power BI- Customer Service for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions.

Key Accountabilities

• Collect and analyze department requirements and prepare trend analysis reports from all monitoring activities within the Customer Experience Department.

Reporting & Documentation

• Assist in preparing reports in Excel and dashboards.
• Ensure timely submission of required reports.

Qualification & Experience

• Excellent oral and written skills in English.
• Must be an expert in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PPT, Power BI etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
