Job summary

Manpower Middle East seeks a Power BI & AI Solutions Architect for a leading Pharmaceutical organization in Dubai. You will design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, automate data pipelines with Power Automate, and lead AI/ML initiatives to optimize quality control and supply chain.

Our client, a leading organization in Pharmaceutical, is seeking a Power BI & AI Solutions Architect to join their team. Reports directly to the Director of Digital Innovation and Transformation. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, collaboration, and strong Power BI, Power Automate, Data Visualization, Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning, Data Modeling, SQL, Python, Agile Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Data Governance skills that align successfully with the organization's needs.

About the Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards that translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization.
• Automate data pipelines and business processes using Power Automate, ensuring seamless integration between disparate data sources and enterprise systems.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of AI/ML models that support predictive analytics, quality control, and supply-chain optimization within the pharmaceutical domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business objectives into technical specifications.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior analysts and developers on best practices for data visualization, automation, and AI solution design.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, HIPAA) throughout all data handling and reporting processes.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and tools to recommend enhancements that improve data accessibility, performance, and user experience.

About You

• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power Query.
• Experience with Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) for workflow automation.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and data modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with Python or R for data science and machine learning workflows.
• Experience working in regulated environments, with an understanding of FDA and HIPAA data compliance requirements.
