Job description

Job Description: Lead the Powder Sales by managing sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction, achieve sales targets, and maintain profitability in line with Sea Star Engineering's strategic plans.

- Obtain necessary information concerning relevant local laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to personnel and business.

- Develop and implement business growth strategies by identifying required resources, pursuing new business opportunities, and collaborating with business partners, distributors, and key customers to expand market share and achieve strategic goals.

- Develop market intelligence by maintaining regular contact and visits to key distributors and customers to enhance competitive positioning across different markets.

- Follow up on collections and outstanding payments by coordinating with the Accounts Department and customers to ensure prompt payments and meet DSO (Days of Sales Outstanding) targets.

Profile Description:

Energetic and pleasant, with the confidence to approach potential customers aiming to win new business.

Focus on presenting products or services professionally face-to-face, building relationships, researching markets, and related products.

Experience in B2B and B2C industries preferred, especially in credit cards, insurance, hygiene, pharmaceuticals, or industrial tools; preference for similar industries.

Preferred age: 20-35 years, male.

Skills required: Selling, presentations, conducting demonstrations (willingness to learn if no prior experience), maintaining an active client list of at least 50 clients.

Additional advantages: Multilingual abilities, GCC or UAE experience.

Must-have: Transferable or visit visa, UAE driving license, fluent in English; working knowledge of Arabic is preferable.
