Job summary

PRO LIGHT ELECT IND LLC in Sharjah is seeking a powder coating operator to set up equipment, adjust settings for various finishes, and ensure a high-quality powder coating.

You will prepare surfaces, mix coatings, monitor the process, and document production data while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.

This role requires 1-3 years in powder coating, familiarity with electrostatic spray, and a team-oriented, detail-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in coating or manufacturing is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in powder coating or a related manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with powder coating equipment and processes, including electrostatic spray technology.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, as well as stand for extended periods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including work orders and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance in every aspect of the job.
• Good problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment and process issues effectively.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues.

• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime and ensure efficiency
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance checking for defects such as uneven coverage or improper curing
• Document production data including batch numbers and application parameters for quality control and traceability
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and resolve any operational challenges
• Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations ensuring a safe working environment
• Continuously seek improvements in processes and techniques to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
