Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking a Powder Coating Operator for our steel and pole manufacturing facility. You will operate and monitor coating equipment, prepare surfaces, and apply powder coating to meet specifications.

You should be familiar with coating thickness, finish, inspection, and touch-ups, and maintain a clean, safe work area in line with PPE requirements. Immediate joiner preferred and UAE-based candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in powder coating, preferably in steel/metal manufacturing.
• Knowledge of powder coating equipment, preparation, and curing process.
• Ability to identify coating defects and perform touch-ups.
• Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and PPE usage.
