ASTUDIO is the region s leading luxury creative and production agency. We are hiring a Post Production Producer to own delivery across film, social, photography, and branded content using both traditional post and advanced AI tools.

You will drive high quality output across multiple projects, keeping standards elite while scaling production speed and efficiency.

What You Will Own

• Lead all post production workflows: edit, color, motion, sound, VFX, retouching, AI enhanced finishing
• Manage internal teams, freelancers, AI platforms, and vendors
• Oversee version control and final delivery across all formats
• Control post production budgets and optimize resources
• Liaise with creatives , clients and account leads to align vision and execution
• Constantly scout and adopt cutting edge AI tools for post

What You Bring

• 5 plus years leading post production at top agency or production house
• Mastery of post tools: Premiere, After Effects, Resolve, Photoshop, Final Cut
• Proven use of AI tools in post: Runway, Midjourney, DALL E, Firefly, Topaz, Neat Video, ElevenLabs
• Leadership of editors, retouchers, VFX artists, AI hybrid teams
• Impeccable organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail
• Ability to manage 8 to 10 projects on time and on brand
