Role : Portfolio Relationship Manager – Priority Banking Division : Retail Banking

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. Client / Business Acquisition
  2. Channels Cooperation
  3. Management of Service Delivery
  4. Control and Risk Mitigation
  5. Generating new business through marketing activities, gold center contacts, and existing networks
  6. Increasing team revenue and productivity by cross-selling and up-selling remotely
  7. Acquiring new-to-bank customers
  8. Identifying potential expansion locations
  9. Converting inbound and outbound leads into sales
  10. Building strong trust relationships with key customers
  11. Maintaining a loyal customer base and alliances that refer potential clients
  12. Promoting financial products remotely
  13. Collecting necessary information and data
  14. Assessing clients’ ability and appetite to handle risks (Risk Profile)
  15. Referring customers to other channels based on their needs
  16. Implementing Priority Banking services smoothly across branches
  17. Retaining customers through complaint resolution, account closures, and inquiries remotely
  18. Gathering ad-hoc customer feedback remotely
  19. Reviewing credit applications
  20. Adhering to processes and procedures
  21. Ensuring proper documentation
  22. Identifying error trends and advising process improvements

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge, Technical Competencies Required :

  1. University degree or recognized professional certification
  2. Minimum three years’ experience in financial analysis, markets, investment, wealth management, or financial planning
  3. Knowledge of ADIB’s Retail Banking products & services
  4. Experience in sales, product development, or wealth advisory for priority banking customers / retail HNIs
  5. Knowledge of ADIB’s Retail Credit & Operational Policies & Procedures
  6. Understanding of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks
  7. UAE Financial Rules & Regulations Certification
  8. International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (Level 3)
  9. Good knowledge of local market competitors
