Job Description
  • Constantly sell and resell the benefits of investment in TFG products.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
  • Effective communication with owners of TFG to generate referrals.
  • Effective communication with satellite offices and provide clear feedback regarding owners.
  • Talk to owners, gather referrals and contact referrals to determine interest.
Desired Skill & Expertise

Preferred Qualifications:

Sales experience / Economics / Telesales / Customer Service related.

Behavioral Competencies required:

  • Outgoing, cheerful, good listener, clear speaking and self-organized.
  • Target-oriented with an ability to work under pressure.
  • High level of responsibility.
  • Adaptive, persistent.
  • Good time & task management skills.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Candidate must speak fluent Russian.
  • Good communication skills.
