Job description
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions
  • Meeting clients and giving presentations
  • Improve marketability and profitability by researching, identifying & capitalizing on market opportunities
  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly revenue targets
  • Build and maintain client relations
  • Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
  • Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization and look for new opportunities
  • Be a brand ambassador and reflect company value at all times

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Sales/ Marketing or a related subject
  • Proven experience in sales profile, ideally in the real estate industry
  • Good business sense
  • Familiarity with CRM tools would be a plus
  • Deep understanding of sales principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and negotiation skills
