Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Set tables according to event type and service standards.
• Answer questions on menu selections and communicate with the kitchen about order lengths, re-cook orders, and product availability.
• Record transactions in MICROS at time of order and ensure guest satisfaction with each course or beverage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Complete closing duties and assist with restocking and safety procedures.
