Pool Civil Engineer - Shell, Waterproofing & Finishes Lead

Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Civil Engineer with 4–5 years of UAE experience in swimming pool construction to plan, supervise, and deliver projects from excavation to handover.

You will review drawings (architectural, structural, MEP), coordinate with MEP teams, ensure QA/QC and HSE compliance, and manage schedules, daily reports, and approvals with municipalities and Civil Defence. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 4–5 years UAE experience with hands-on swimming pool construction.
• Knowledge of UAE authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Civil Defence, DDA).
• Familiarity with pool construction methods and coordination with MEP.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction activities for pool projects from excavation to handover.
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings related to pool shell and finishes.
• Supervise shell, waterproofing, tiling, coping, and deck works; coordinate with MEP for integrations.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specs, and UAE approvals; conduct QA/QC and HSE.
• Prepare schedules, daily/weekly progress reports, and as-built docs; manage snagging and handover.
