In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring guests enjoy a safe and memorable experience while using the pool facilities. Your responsibilities will include monitoring pool activities, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining cleanliness around the pool area.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and ensure they have all necessary amenities for their pool experience
  • Monitor pool areas to ensure safety and adherence to resort policies
  • Assist and support guests with any inquiries or needs during their stay
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the pool deck, lounge chairs, and surrounding areas
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for towels, drinks, or food
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to management
  • Provide information on pool activities and hotel amenities as needed
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or resort environment
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Ability to remain alert and observe guests at all times for safety
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of swimming pool safety protocols and procedures
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
