Political Risk and Structured Credit Broker - Dubai (relocation package available)

Description :

Marsh Middle East is seeking a Political Risk and Structured Credit (PRSC) Broker to join our growing team in the MENA region. This role will be based in Dubai. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.

This position is ideal for an experienced broker with strong technical expertise in political risk and structured credit insurance. Responsibilities include structuring and placing risk solutions with global insurers, driving business growth, and strengthening client relationships, especially in energy, power, and construction sectors.

Focus areas include KSA growth and managing key offshore clients based in DIFC. Arabic language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.

Relocation benefits for non-UAE residents include 20,000 AED, hotel accommodation for 30 days, and flight tickets to the UAE.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end broking process: structuring placements, negotiating terms, and managing policy wording.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Lloyd's, company markets, and multilaterals, securing competitive coverage for clients.
• Oversee policy management, including claims handling and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the MENA region, with a focus on KSA.
• Collaborate with Country Sales Leaders to train local teams and promote PRSC solutions.
• Act as a strategic client contact, ensuring high service standards and retention.
• Provide expert guidance on political risk and structured credit solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience in political risk and structured credit broking, with strong technical knowledge in structured credit, political risk, and credit insurance markets.
• Proven ability to manage insurer relationships and drive business growth.
• Client-centric mindset with experience in energy, power, and construction sectors.

Preferred:

• Arabic language skills.
