Political Risk and Structured Credit Broker Dubai

Marsh Middle East is seeking a Political Risk and Structured Credit (PRSC) Broker to join our growing team in the MENA region, based in Dubai. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.

This role is ideal for an experienced broker with strong technical expertise in political risk and structured credit insurance. You will be responsible for structuring and placing risk solutions with global insurers, driving business growth and strengthening client relationships, particularly in the energy, power, and construction sectors.

With a focus on KSA growth and managing key offshore clients based in DIFC, you will play a vital role in expanding our market presence while maintaining excellent service. Language skills are an advantage but not essential.

We offer a relocation package for non-UAE residents, including a 20,000 AED hotel stay for 30 days and flight tickets to the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end broking process, including structuring placements, negotiating terms, and managing policy wordings.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Lloyd’s, company markets, and multilaterals to secure competitive coverage for clients.
3. Oversee policy management, including claims handling (where applicable) and ensuring regulatory compliance.
4. Identify and develop new business opportunities across the MENA region, focusing on KSA expansion.
5. Collaborate with Country Sales Leaders to train local teams and increase awareness of PRSC solutions.
6. Act as a key contact for strategic clients, ensuring high service standards and retention.
7. Provide expert guidance on political risk and structured credit solutions, offering reassurance and capability to clients.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in political risk and structured credit broking with strong technical expertise in structured credit, political risk, and credit insurance markets.
2. Proven ability to manage insurer relationships and drive business growth.
3. A client-centric mindset with experience working with clients in energy, power, and construction sectors.

Preferred Skills:

• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
