The Position
The Position :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented person to lead and oversee the policy management function. As the Senior Supervisor you will have management responsibility for the team, you will ensure that the department’s outcomes are met aligned with regulatory and organisational standards. You will drive and take decisions on process improvements, cap plan management, strategic roadmap with a reporting line into the Head of Department.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the policy management team and activities related to policy / member setup, maintenance in line with regulatory and organisational standards
- Ensure compliance with local insurance regulations for the Middle East and internal company policies.
- Lead training, mentoring, and performance management for the policy management operations team.
- Produce meaningful, accurate management reports and statistical information in line with formats and timescales agreed with management, including trending and enhancement activities to quantify operational impacts
- Use data insights to challenge day-to-day operations, and build a continuous improvement mind set
- Manage effective capacity plans, keeping oversight of staff level requirements. Proactively address and escalate any risks
- Manage the implementation of projects with the support of subject matter experts
- Interact with the senior management and internal / external stakeholders to adapt processes to meet evolving objectives.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Insurance, or related field (master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in insurance operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in Policy management operations or policy administration in health insurance. UAE experiences mandatory
- Strong understanding of insurance regulations and industry standards; UAE experience mandatory
- Familiarity with core insurance systems and data management tools.
- Certification in insurance (e.g., CII, HIA, LOMA) is desirable.
- Experience in coaching, managing, developing and motivating individuals
- Proven data analytics skills (advanced Excel, QlikView)
